“Great experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013

We went at night. Saw some awesome churches, cathedrals and public buildings.
It is a popular tram but if you can, sit close to the driver and watch his skill as he negotiates the narrow, hilly streets with some creative parking of some car owners. If you like to people watch, then you will enjoy this. A great thing to do if your feet are in need of a rest!

“Nice tour if the tram is not full”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2013 via mobile

Nice tour trough the city, cheap if you buy a ticket in advanced. Only get on if not too busy, if pakced it is not worth it.
Try morning or evenings.

“Overestimated”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2013 via mobile

This was a major deception. Everybody told us that we should take the tram ride and we took it from start to finish. It was not worth the time. Sitting in an old tram with no comments on where you are with almost nothing to see. Just not worth it.

“Tram No. 28E”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2013

Our hotel directed us to the tram stop which was about 300 metres from the hotel. Unfortunately 28E covers almost the entire central city of Lisbon which consists of a number of hills. The hotel said the trip should take approximately 20 minutes after 2 hours we realised the significant of E as the tram just stopped in the middle of nowhere and we were directed to the tram in front! A fast trip by taxi to the hotel ensured so as to catch the plane to Madrid!
