“Best meal of our trip!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2012 via mobile

This is definitely worth reading directions and endeavouring to find this restaurant it is truly special.
Fabulously friendly staff who were super helpful and genuinely interested in meeting us and the food was traditional, homely and delicious! Highly recommend the baked goats cheese with honey and rosemary. Wine we had was equally amazing and it is all for such an excellent price - bread with garlic butter and olives, 4 plates, water and a bottle of wine for under €40.
This was the last night of our 3 week trip and we are out most nights but was by far the highlight for us.
Definitely recommend that you take the time to find it!

“If I could rate it with a 6, I would”

Nothing negative about this place. Great wonderful superb tasty good food. Small cosy restaurant with a very personal touch. Loved every minute in there. Wouldn't know what my favorite was, since wine and food were perfect. Loved it!

“Cozy, familiar, simple!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2012 via mobile

I loved the fact that it's small but cozy, with an informal and relaxed atmosphere. The food is great, love the "petiscos" style and it's not that expensive. I'll be back!

“Excellent food at good prices!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2012

This place seems a bit away from everything but it's well worth a visit. We booked a table through our hotel reception, as we'd read they had very few tables. You share tapas sized dishes, and we (2 people) had 4 different ones, all wonderful. The goat cheese with honey and rosemary was to die for! We were full up but I couldn't resist their home-baked lemon pie, which was amazing. The bill, including a bottle of wine and water, came to less than 40€ - excellent value for money!

“Well worth the search”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2012

Wonderful small restaurant. Luckily had printed out directions from our hotel as it would be hard just to come across it. We had made a reservation which also was a good move as we arrived early at 7.30 and by 8pm the place was full. The tapas style menu was varied and when the food arrived we were not disappointed. Prices were very reasonable and the lone front of house lady was very attentive with time to chat to everyone in a range of languages. Highly recommend you try to find this wonderful petite restaurant, but book beforehand to avoid disappointment.
