“Lovely hotel, would definitely stay again”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2013

I stayed here 2 weeks ago with my husband for 3 nights. We had a lovely room which was big and spacious, bright and modern. Breakfast was included in our package. It was worth it as the atmosphere was relaxing with a good choice of food and most importantly, good coffee.
The hotel is about 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 2 stops from the centre or 10 minutes walk to the centre. As it's situated by the park, it's quieter than the centre and taxis are not expensive.
The staff were very professional and helpful.
We'd definitely stay here on a return visit to Lisbon.

The Tiara Park Atlantic Hotel was a very good and luxurious experience. The staff is friendly and professional and till now the nicest room I have ever had in Lisbon.
The room was big, utmost clean with a nice atmosphere.
This hotel really deserves it's 5 stars in every respect.

In Lisbon for 4 days before taking a river cruise on the Douro, we were delighted with this hotel. Our 9th floor room was spacious and bright, and included a "pod" style coffee machine. Breakfast was included with our package, and it was very generous; lasted us well through the day.

The hotel is next to the Ritz Carlton, overlooking Lisbon's main park. We much preferred being here to in town, where it is hotter and noisier. Taxis are cheap, and it usually cost us only 6 euros to go into the city.

It is also only 10 minutes walk from a large shopping mall.

Room Tip: the higher you are, the better view of the city and river! ask for a room overlooking the park.

The hotel was a welcome change to luxury after several smaller rooms on our travels. The staff had arranged transport from the airport and a private tour to Sintra for our group of four travelers. The location is close to the hop on hop off bus tours. The breakfast was wonderful.

We booked through tripadvisor this hotel and never regretted it.
We came late and the service was just awsome. They upgrated us to the excutive suite because we were honeymooners. Nesspresdo machine, hermes hygiene products were free of charge. Wifi in the room was good. The room was nice, the view from the 17th level was absolutly exquisite. The breakfast was delicious, so many choises. The valet was so nice, always trying to help. We even check out very late 15h pm without any charges. They put choclate under our pillows. They always asked if we were ok or need any help.
We loved it, we'll come again for sure.
We highly recommanded it.
Better value than Ritz( I ve been there twice and I will choose tiara over the ritz for this price).

We came by taxi to the hotel very easily and then used the bus tours and our feet to navigate Lisboa. The bus tours started at the park right accross the road from the hotel. We ate out so can not comment on the hotel food. Lisoba is a city to eat out!!! We had drinks in the bar at night when our city exploration was complete. Walking was easy from the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with beautiful beds and bathrooms. We had in room coffee makers and all the toys one needs when travelling. We did ask for an iron and ironing board which were in the room promptly and left for the duration of our stay. We felt we had good value.

Room Tip: Ask for one that looks over the park or to the ocean. Great city views!

We stayed here as part of a company reward trip and were supremely disappointed. When you stay at a huge 400 euro/night 'luxury' hotel anywhere in the world you expect certain amenities and service - this property fell way short.

The service was at best professionally cold - as worst quite rude. (one exception was a lovely woman in the restaurant one evening.) The TV was miniscule!! I mean smaller than my standard monitor at work. There was no hair conditioner. There was no coffee maker in the room. The bed and linens were on par with a very basic bargain hotel. You get the picture - it would have been average had the price been more like 120 euro. There was no charm, no elegance and not even complete of high-end basics.

Skip it.
