This hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast selection was huuuuge, from pancakes, to read, cereal. all of it was there. The entrance and pool etc was impressive, however, I was a little disappointed with the rooms, however that is only because I had previously stayed in Real Palacio., they were basic but they were clean, they werent 5 star or anything, There was a guy next door to us was snoring loudly, we couldn't sleep but the reception were kind enough to move is to another room. There's a shopping mall across the road and the hotel is near to the station (oriente), which it itself is a interesting architectural building. Cant really fault this place, it was good. Location wise, it was good to see the modern side of Lisbon, Expo 98, the fountains that change colour and sprout out water ( future pavilion) the Vasci de Gama Tower( closed when we went). The cable cars I feel is a must esp if it is a good day and it isn't really that expensive, I believe a one way trip was about 5 or 7 euros, definitely worth it!

Had to go to Lisbon on a business trip, and this hotel was a 5 minute walk from where I would be working for a few days.

It's a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport (5€ fare). The lobby of the hotel is small, and not all that welcoming, but the reception staff were very good. My room was on the 14th floor, but unfortunately I was at the back of the hotel, so all I had a few of was the train tracks and apartment blocks. Never mind: I was only there to sleep.

The room was comfortable and a good size. Bathroom was nice with a tub and shower.

Breakfast was amazing. Such a selection, and all very tasty.

The gym facilities, pool, and sauna although small were adequate enough.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The metro is 2 minutes from the hotel, and to get into the city centre of Lisbon, it takes about 20 minutes. Close to the hotel is a big shopping centre, as well as bars and restaurants.

I can't really fault the hotel - either in its location or its quality of service. I think the room rate was 110€ per night, which is quite OK for a 4 star hotel.

I would stay in this hotel again, even when on a pleasure trip to Lisbon.

This hotel lived up to the billing on the tripadvisor reviews.
It really was a class act. Clean , Smart , great location and views were outstanding. Room size and standard was very good. One little niggle is that no drinking water is provided other than via the minibar which i thought was a little tight. The Breakfast was outstanding and looked forward to the huge fresh tasty selections everday. It really made me fat!!!

One thing to watch for is the car parking. the hotel car park is extremely difficult to negotiate and is expensive at 12 euros a day. It closes early and is not really needed. It is as easy to park on the street behind and its free.!

Tha said i highly recommend this hotel to anyone and if staying in lisbon again will not hesitate to book there.

We enjoyed the Tivoli because of the service, cleanliness of rooms, and great location. We celebrated my son's 12th birthday here and were able to see all of Lisbon. Metro and train was directly across street , and so convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Shopping mall was directly across the street with great shops, good places to eat...Try portugalia and sr franca guia for chicken!!!! We even got to cinema. We were able to walk to oceanarium. I highly recommend this hotel for families. We requested a non carpet non smoking room for my son who has asthma, and this hotel gave us exactly what we requested. Also walked three blocks to phenomal spa called Stone therapy. Hotel also booked us a private tour of Fatima and Nazare. Our tour guide John was excellent and extremely professional. This hotel is great!!!!!!!!
