“Fantastic design apartment”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013 via mobile

You get a access code to the front door and apartment by email shortly before your arrival. This worked very well for self checkin. There is a reception manned in the morning and afternoon where we paid for our visit.

Fantastic design apartment with high quality inventory. Our department contained both dishwasher and washing machine. Good and super fast wifi coverage in room. Very well located in cosy neighbourhood directly in centrum. Walking distance to metro, star bucks and a lot of nice restaurants.

I stayed here whilst on a short business trip to Lisbon as I didn't fancy staying in a small hotel room. Turned out that the apartment would have been great for a holiday with the family too. I booked a studio and a one-bed for my colleague and I. The one-bed was on the 3rd floor which required a flight of stairs to get to as the lifts only went as far as the 2nd. The studio was on the 1st floor so no trouble at all.

The studio was clean, spacious and equipped with a microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, tv and cooking facilities. There was also a clothes dryer, iron and board which was a bonus. The bed was a good Queen size with comfy pillows. There was also a round dining table that could sit 4 and a desk which could you work on if you so wished. There was an air-con unit which was good as it was a balmy 32c when I was there. And despite all that, the studio was still roomy.

The separare bathroom was also of a decent size with a shower cum bath and there was a bidet next to the toilet. There was also a wardrobe with enough room to store all one's belongings.

The receptionist, Bruno, was friendly and helpful with tips on what to see and where to eat, as well as help with booking cabs.

The complaint: the wifi, which though free, was quite weak to non existent in the studio. I had to stand by the main door to get any reception.

Note - the apartments are located on the block opposite and across the avenue/boulevard from the Hard Rock Cafe and in the street behind (Rua de Gloria 16). It's a steep climb if you access it via the street where the tram stop is, especially with luggage. Just walk on a bit past the tram stop and take the next left up which is less steep and punishing on the legs, not to mention heart.

Last words: brilliant location, good value for what you get. Will stay again.

The location is perfectly located in the historic district of Lisbon, very close to multiple metro stations and the train station. The rooms were nice and spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was nice and assisted with any question we had. Great place to stay.

The best thing about this apartments are its central location. It's located just behind Av. Liberdade and Praça dos Restauradores. So most of the major touristic places are within walking distance.

Even though the street the apartments are located may look shabby at first, it is very quite and safe. We didn't have any problem whatsoever!

We stayed 5 nights in Suite G. The apartment was spacious, clean. Furnitures were relatively and kitchen equipments were plenty.

The only downside we observed during our stay was that the rubbish bin in the hall wasn't emptied even it became really smelly.

We'd definitely recommend the apartments.

These are beautiful and spacious apartments on a quiet street in the center of Lisbon. The kitchen was superb, the apartment sparkled and everything in it was first class.
The apartment we stayed in was a duplex apartment. It was fully furnished and the kitchen had beautiful dishes and even some goodies in the fridge.
The sofas and the beds were comfortable and we felt it was very tastefully decorated.
It is suitable for couples and families and is situated only few hundred meters for all main attractions in Lisbon

location is splendid. Rooms are very clean. If you are used to full service 24 hours a day, this won't be it. Bedside lamp and shelf are well-thouht out. Lovely bathroom. Ideal for parents or grandparents with kids. Spacious.does not take a deposit. In fact, we self checked in before we paid a dime.wife perfect. AC almost perfect Street seems quiet at least on a Sunday night

Highly recommend Lisbonaire Apartments. Nice vibe to room and common areas and the staff were very pleasant and informative. Only stayed 2 nights - but we'll definitely stay there again when visiting Lisbon.
