Just a few minutes walk uphill from Baixa/Chiado Metro station [on blue and green lines], so not far from Praca Comercio either. This was one of the few places we could guarantee finding vegan meals in Lisbon for both lunch and dinner, so we went back more than once. The service was quick but restrained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed. The buffet consisted of soup; 3 different hot food options, at least one of which was vegan; a variety of rices and couscous; and about 10 or 12 different salad bowls. There was also a reasonable choice of drinks and desserts - again at least one being vegan. Prices were very reasonable, and although it might not have been the greatest menu in the world you could eat as much as you wanted - meaning you could get by on just 1 meal a day if on a limited budget. By far the best thing about it is the guarantee of vegan food - not very easy to find in Lisbon, even now.
