During our stay in Lisbon we visited this restaurant twice: a bit hard to find but it was worth it; the second time we took a taxi which was inexpensive – so recommendable.
Reception and atmosphere were nice, in a place that has a lower and an upper part. The menu is great, with a good possibility to choose. Choice of wines is ok as well, with reasonable priced bottles and some good wines by the glass. And the bites of the couvert are good.
Good straight forward cooking, great portions and nice service: it is all in order. Just: I asked for sambuca with the coffee and that was not available – in an Italian restaurant ….. But: five minutes later the staff entered with a bottle of sambuca that they fixed somewhere. How about that for service!
The bill was fair. Especially on the second occasion we wondered why so few guests were in for dinner, because less than 50% of the tables were occupied Compared to all sort of places in f.i. the docks Come Prima deserves more clientele.
