Going to Lisbon and not visiting the Adega is not an option. This is a truly typical traditional restaurant, and although it's popularity with tourists may have brought many foreigners, just come here a bit later during the week (the Portuguese do not have lunch at noon) and order whatever the people who speak the language are ordering. If you ask me, go for the bacalhau grelhado. It comes with potatoes, onions and garlic, with a very generous serving of olive oil. To drink, vinho verde of course, but make sure you don't order a bottle and have it from the tap instead.
