It all started so well, a balmy September evening with the prospect of prawns and a good steak! Surf and Turf - we had scoped out the menu beforehand. The prawns were excellent, no doubt about that. For mains, I ordered the rump with Rocqufort (s?) cheese while my partner opted for the Sirloin. They duly came and mine was OK. My partners, on the other hand was wafer thin. After a couple of mouthfuls we decided that the waitress had got the order wrong and called her over 'No, she said, that is sirloin. If you had wanted better quality, you should have ordered Filet.' And walked off. We carried on eating is a desultory sort of way while a staff change over took place. We called tthe new waitress over who confirmed that we had been given 'minute' steak, but we had been hungry and had eaten it. We complained to her and the nearby owner whose view was that it had been eaten. There was then a dispute over the bill when the owner threatened to call the police (for 5 cents!). Grossly rude and immoveable although the second waitress did try and help. Never going back and have never been treated so badly - anywhere, ever!
