“Good stuff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2012

Healthy, cheap, delicious food served by extremely friendly, spontaneous people. We were looking for restaurants but after 3PM, most lunch services stop. This one didn't so that's a plus as well! Don't be afraid to ask for travelling advice either, funny owner is eager to help. Would definitely go there again.

“A special experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2012

Striking, unique food. The environment is simple, but the service is great (in English if required) and the soup, quiche, and salad all brought a surprising mix of flavors without being overpowering. All the food is organic/fresh/healthy, and there is a craftmanship to each dish. Only open for lunch, but if you want a healthy lunch, I can't think of a better place to get one. Really enjoyed our experience here.

“Closes at 7pm!!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2012

We were very excited to visit this restaurant as we'd read really good reviews on Tripadvisor. It looks really nice inside, had a good venue, is slightly tricky to find (up a side street, on the corner) but closes at 7pm hence all the comments about going for lunch. Make sure you go early.

“Highly recommended for lunch in Cascais”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2012

As two vegetarians it was a pleasure to find the Cascais Bio. It was just outside the main streets of restaurants but literally only 2 mins walk. The menu, while not hugely extensive, looked to have something for everyone and 3 veggie friendly options. We had beautiful stuffed crepes, freshly cooked and very tasty. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and even gave us a hand in brushing up on our terrible Portuguese!

Great food, great value, great service - you should definitely go
