“Lovely spacious beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2013

This is a lovely long beach and never feels crowded, even on weekends when it's full of the locals. Be prepared for a bit of a breeze, but that's welcomed most of the time. Grab a cold beer from the petrol station at the top of the path on your way down!

“Great Beach”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

One of the great beaches in the world, this beach can never be filled. It has space for all the activities and will still feel uncrowded.
Spent a wonderful 2 days there with the family.

“Nice sandy beach”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2013

Wide open, sandy beach. Quite clean. Has pedaloes for hire. Couple of bars/restaurants close to the beach, think you need to buy a drink or ice lolly to use their facilities but at least they're there. Brollies and beds available to hire but we didn't use them, just took our own, brolly, towels and sun tent.
Sea is clean enough and you can see fish swimming in small shoals. Plenty of shells for collectors.
Quite busy in peak season but it is a brilliant beach for kite flying when it's quieter, out of season.
Would recommend.

“Beautiful Beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2013

The beach goes on forever so you can always find a secluded spot. There is also a 'clothes free' part of the beach!

“Miles of great sandy beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2013

About 6km of lovely sandy beach, usually lots of sunbeds and parasols. There's also a good smattering of nice places to go for lunch. Not much wrong with this beach except it can be crowded at weekends unsurprisingly.
