We visited here on a warm but wet morning. After parking the car in the car park, which was nearly deserted, we walked down the steps carved into the rock (not easy as no handrails so no good for disabled) and was amazed at the spectacular rock formations and caves. It truly is an awe inspiring place but can imagine it is extremely busy in peak season. After such an amazing 30 minutes enjoying the crashing waves and silence we went back to the car to discover it had been broken in to. Nothing had been on view but the thieves knew what they were doing as had smashed small back window, reached through to pull back seat down to get straight to the boot. Thankfully we had not left anything except an empty bag with a hat which was stolen , so please take this as a warning not to leave anything ever in your car- not even in the boot. It was a nasty shock after such an amazing experience and shows that nothing is sacred anywhere in the world. Please do not let this put you off visiting but do be aware that thieves are always about.
