First visited this restaurant just after it opened this summer and am impressed with the quality of food, friendly service and comfortable and smart surroundings. It is a little stroll away from the usual beach front restaurants, but a worthwhile walk. We visited again this week and I had the oven cooked lamb - it had been marinated for 24hrs and it had none of the usual fatty smells associated with lamb. Succulent and delicious. My husband had the t-bone steak cooked just as he likes it. Excellent value for money menus for everyone's price range and extra special fish platters also available. I have been told they now have a website so you can view the dishes on offer and their specials of the day. To start we were served with a few tapas samples along with lovely fresh warm bread and home made fish pate with olives - the nicest bread I have had in the Algarve and we have been coming here for 10 years. Portuguese/British husband wife owners and friendly manager, Tony, is Portuguese but has lived in GB and his English is perfect.
Once everyone has found about this little gem I feel you will definitely have to book to get in.
