“Fabulous”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

My wife and I stayed here with our 18 month old child for 1 week. Our room was very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a studio room which wasn't huge but big enough for us. We had a fridge, microwave, kettle and small hob. We had a small balcony area which got some sun in the afternoon (good for drying swimming shorts). The staff were always pleasant and the housekeeping staff would always chat away to our son which he loved.

The pool area is fantastic. Despite being told that reserving sun loungers was forbidden, there was always a queue at the doors to the pool for people to claim their sun loungers for the day. I was at the pool for 9 o'clock every day and had no problems getting loungers where we wanted them (near the kids pool). The kids pools (there are 2) are perfect for the little ones. One pool is the same depth throughout, the other has a shallow and 'deep' end. The adult pool is huge and despite it being busy at peak times, there was still plenty of room for more people. The majority of sun loungers are on the grassy area which surrounds the pool. The grass is a great idea, especially for our son who is still a little unsteady on his feet. There is also an indoor pool which is heated. Beside the pool there is an indoor kids play area with soft toys etc.. And also a playstation for the bigger kids.

We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on this.

The bar was ok. We only went in a few times but it always seemed quiet. There is not much in the way of entertainment but this didn't bother us in the slightest as we were out every night anyway.

The hotel is in a great location. Roughly half way between the old town and the strip. The strip was a bit lively for us with our son being so young, so we just went to the old town every day/night which was much more family friendly. There is also a commercial centre directly opposite the hotel which has a McDonalds and KFC and some bars, cafes and shops. There is a large supermarket right next door to the hotel. Next to the hotel lobby there is a patisserie which make some of the nicest cakes I've ever tried in my life. At night, we would skip dessert at whatever restaurant we ate at and nipped into the patisserie on our way back to our room. This is highly recommended :-)

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate in coming back to this hotel in the future.

Just returned, great apartments but very noisy road and hard beds mean very little sleep. All extras have to be paid for, NO free wifi - had to pay 3 euro a day or 7 euro for week!!! gym is 3 euro a day and ps3 is 1 euro for 15 mins.... Staff are very efficient but not friendly. Room decor is very dated... Positives are that it's in a great area and we all had a really good holiday - albefuira is amazing!!! p.s pay extra for a pool view

I travelled to Albuferia with my family in June, and stayed at the Brisa Sol for 10 days.

This is an easy review as it was simply....perfect.

It was a simple, clean, no fuss hotel. With an excellent pool bar for snacks and a great location to visit ALbuferia by day or night. The supermarket next door is on an Asda/Tesco level and stocks everything you need and the hotel is more than accomodating in all your holiday requirements. We never visitied the restaurant but the food and menu looked beautiful.

The pool bar offers quick, tasty and clean food with top service. Travelling with a 4 year old and 9 month old is normally a problem but Brisa Sol catered perfectly.

I would definately recommend and return

What can I say this hotel was great, all round holiday was great and was very sad to leave:(. Hotel was really good very clean, rooms were well provided with equipment if self catering couldn't find any faults, pool area excellent and snack bar very good found prices very reasonable. Supermarket next door very good and reasonable especially if self catering.
There is the new and old town that can be visited, as a family we preferred the old town this was only a 5 to 8 min walk and felt more relaxed going there rather than the new town. People very friendly and don't pester you to eat in there restaurant which is a very good thing. Loved it that much we will be returning next year hopefully for 10 days loved it!!!!!!!!!

Very nice reseption staff, they speak good English and very friendlig. Very clean hotel with beautiful dicoration, v. nice resetiopn area. Near a big shoping mall and many other shops. The hotel has many good facilities like a big swimming pool( but you have to be there to get a bed, otherwise all the beds are ocupied). Things we did not like is mainly the room. My wife and I got 2 small ( 75 cm ) seperate ( twin) beds, not fit to join them together. It was very uncomfortable. The kitchinate was very poorly equiped. Both Wi-fi and the safe were not fri of charge.
If you spend most of your time in the hotel and wil use all the hotel facilities, this hotel is a good choice. But if you spend your day
outside, you have to find another hotel. One can find better hotels for a lower price. This hotel is a bit over priced.

just returned home from 2 week stay at brisa what can you say about this hotel that hasn't already been said amazing .truly that's all needs to be said.so for all those considering using this hotel go for it. however I would like to mention a certain resteraunt in the old town that doesn't get a lot of publicity that actually should be recognized as one of the best resteraunts in the old town.it is called the tunnel and can be found on the left up the stairs just before the tunnel the food is amazing at reasonable prices it is well worth a visit if you fancy a lovely meal with that personal touch.
