We stayed here for 1 week based on the reviews from trip advisor. The B&B arranged our transporation from the airport at a reasonable price. There is a very personal touch to this B&B. Everyone is very friendly. We had 2 rooms which were adjacent to each other so we could open the front door and go from room to room. The room facing the front entrance was very noisy late at night when people were heading home after partying. Mats and Eva were very accommodating and there is a spare room downstairs that they would hold your luggage until the room is ready and likewise at the end of your stay, there was a shower and a private room to change if your flight out was later than checkout so we were able to spend the morning at the beach and then shower and get ready for our departure. The rooms were were clean and comfortable. There is a big assortment of novels you can choose from if you wish to read. There is complimentary afternoon tea/coffee with sweets and cakes. There were paddle ball, mats, umbrellas, soccer balls available in a basket to take to the beach. There is a fridge on the top level available for you to put your personal items once you labelled it with your name. There was a nice assortment available for breakfast. The B&B was away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough for you to walk to. Highly recommend this and would stay there again.

We stayed here for a week and booked based on trip advisor reviews. The hotel arranged our transport from the airport too at a reasonable price. There is definately a personal touch at this B&B. There are complementary sweets, tea and cakes every afternoon and coffee and tea trays on every floor. There are also fridges for use of guests. The breakfast is excellent with choices of cereals, cheese and meats, olives, salad, home made breads and jams and plenty of juice, coffee and tea.
There is wifi in reception and we had a first floor room so picked up wifi in there too. The rooms are traditional and typical of Portugal. The bathroom was old but clean with an good hot shower. We also had a balcony which we used a lot. There was no TV in the room but that didn't bother us. There is also a roof terrace for sunbathing that has a great view of the sea and the town.
The only negative was we were at the front of the property and it was very noisy at times. We like an afternoon nap and there is a man who walks his three dogs passed every day, which starts a barking competition with the other resident dogs. There was also a lot of noise from a bar a few doors down on a couple of nights.
Overall I would recommend this place and would return.

Stayed here for 9 nights 7th October 2012 in room 302, Nice little room with comfy bed and pillars, lovely balcony with a fantastic sea view. very peaceful with lots of finishing touches ie, sweets, beach towels, tea and biscuits, sun beds on the lovely roof terrace, home made cakes every afternoon, free use of parasols for beach use, free use of wifi and computer, close to bars and restarants only 400 mtrs for the wonderful Old Town. Very friendly staff couldn't do enough to help, This is not a hotel but a faultless b&b. No mod cons but home comports more than compensate for this, Will definatly return

The Dianamar is away from the hustle and bustle of Albufeira but is still onlya 5 minute walk to the centre. It is also close to the lift down to the beach. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sea and was comfortable and had all we needed. The self service breakfasts were excellent and very varied, catering for all nationalities and tastes. The afternoon tea and cake were an added bonus included in the price. We would definitely stay there again if we went back to Albufeira.
