The hotel is in a large house or small castle, with towers. There is a small annex within the grounds, just a few steps from the doors. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious.
The main attraction is the food, which is wonderful. The chef is very creative, but you will also find traditional food on the menu. You can choose á la carte, or pick a set menu. There are also special menus for 1 or 2 night stays where you have several meals included. It's also possible to have wine recommended for your meal, and some of the meal options have wine included, so you can have wine adapted to each course without buying a bottle every time.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice garden at the front where you can take drinks in the summer. The village has some nice walks around it, and the hotel will give you maps and suggest walks for you.
But the main attraction here is the food, which is excellent.
