One of the best ive stayed in and found it by accident. So clean, staff were very helpful. Right where i needed it to be near bars and restaurants. Breakfast was beautiful as much as you liked. if im that way again would definitely book there.

this hotel is fabulous. The apartment was well appointed, with lovely furniture. the location is good and the staff were multilingual and friendly. Breakfast was continental and fresh. We biked around Brugge. What a magical place!

Room Tip: apartment 221 has three bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchenette.

Lovely hotel, very close to the main square, but in a quiet backstreet. Rooms excellent, very clean, well decorated and well equipped. A very relaxing place to stay while taking in the beautiful town of Brugges, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to this beautiful town.

A lovely hotel with great service from the receptionists. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street only five minutes walk to the main square. Breakfasts were adequate (continental style) with delicious fresh orange juice. The bedroom was of a good size, though we had two single beds pushed together which wasn't ideal, but we didn't mind too much and as we didn't ask to change rooms can't complain. The room had two windows so was nice and light and both windows opened properly so allowing for fresh air through the night. The bathroom was nice with a good bath and excellent shower over. Overall we would probably stay here again if we were in Bruges again.

Having been a regular in Bruges for over 20 years, lord knows why I decided to book somewhere different to stay, but there we go!

The hotel is central to everything, and most importantly - clean. But to be perfectly honest that’s where I'd stop in my recommendations.

I had requested a parking space when I booked, only to arrive and to be told that they didn't have one for me. The trainee receptionist was by herself on the counter and clearly was unsure what to do beyond recommend the full car park down the road. (Fortunately we knew where we could find parking approx. 15 mins walk away)
When we returned to reception some time later to check in, we were also given 2 vouchers for a glass of Cava at the bar which pleased my girlfriend – I didn’t have the heart to tell her that I had paid for those as part of the room package!!

The room was small, but clean. However our 'Double room' consisted of two single beds pushed together - but on wheels!! The beds both had single bedding too, as well as two single duvets. Take into account the wheels and we managed to push the beds apart no fewer then 3 times during the night, with me ending up on the floor twice. Not exactly what you would expect for the price tage and a supposed 4* rating....

Breakfast was adequate – no more, no less.

Slightly disappointed at check out- I had booked the trip as a surprise for my girlfriend sop was slightly dismayed when the receptionist very loudly announced the price of the room in front of her. Most other hotels have the tact to simply hand over an invoice so not sure why these guys feel the need to be different…

I do feel sorry for the hotel – Should we not have had the drama of the car park, or if it had been handled better, we would have probably put it down to experience and simply not gone back.

However, I must say I feel pretty ripped off and as such I offer the simple advice of spending an extra £15 and staying at the nH Bruges on the t’Zand – Been staying there for years and it’s always been fantastic!

Great location about 5 minutes walk from the central market square. Don't pay 15 euros to use the hotel car park. There is a large car park next to the hotel which is underground so not unsightly which is 8.70 euros per day. Half the price almost.

Clean, tidy hotel, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. We stayed in room 301 and the only downside was the air conditioning made an awful racket all the time. It was 30 degrees whilst we were there in June 2013 and needed it on. It drove me mad so was a bit irritating.

Breakfast is a buffet of cold meats, breads and cheese with plenty of choice.

I would recommend this hotel as I am sure the air conditioning wouldn't be so loud in other rooms.

Hotel main area and staff pleasant enough, good location.......... but my room H3 was out of the hotel at the back and up a steep flight of stairs.
This room was never a four star, look at the pictures. Not terrible but certainly not four star maybe a distressed three.
Tiny television (thought it was a radio for a minute) no tea and coffee making equipment, no water provided.
Washing machines in a room below seemed to on permantly for the last few days

Room Tip: Don't let them give you room H3
