“Another "In Bruges" set”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2012

We were taken here as it is one of the sets of "In Bruges" - where the holy blood scene was shot (not the Basilica).

Very interesting gothic-macabre stone reliefs. Interesting to think of these as the site of day-to-day worship by the populace.

“very different church experience - plus Lace museum?”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2012

Church is great - VERY different to the other churches in the town.
BUT it's attached to a Lace museum and there's an entry fee which covers both attractions - you can't just do one or the other. Cheap though, so not a big problem.

“Worth a little walk.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2012

This is a private church in the hands of a single family for generations. Unusual architecture worth a little walk (15 min from the Markt Square). The adjoining small lace center museum is great if you are into that craft. The gift shop is disappointing.
