This is one of the great art galleries of Belgium and has a varied collection of mostly Flemish masters. What's really impressive is the light in the building and how well each work looks. Some of the light is artificial, some natural but it is all diffused in a manner that enables you to get see things properly.
The major problem here is that it can get crowded and it is hugely frustrating to have to wait by particular works while groups of 20 to 30 crown round and listen and put questions.
There ought to be better way of dealing with this.
