We received a warm welcome and were sat upstairs - from where you can see down onto the grill below. After some hors d'oeuvres, we had the cote between us, which was awesome. This was prepared simply, and served with an enormous bowl of chips, a salad that was a meal itself, and plenty of bernaise sauce. As others have said, the steak is served half at a time, which keeps it warm, and I think it would have been overbearing to have it all at once! The service was friendly and attentive, and we thought it was also very good value for money for Bruges (though sadly we did not get the free mousse, as others seem to have!). I'd recommend booking, although we didn't need to on the night we went.
