We stayed at this hotel for one night as a stop over on our way from Wales to Germany. It was easy to find, lots of parking, the room was a good size and we had a good meal in the restaurant. We did not have breakfast but the bar did provide coffee and croissants for 3 euros as an alternative. The staff were friendly and helpful and as a one night stop over we found it perfectly adequate as we did not wish to get into the centre of Bruges.

This is a nice hotel with a nice pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of families at this hotel, but I didn't find it to be a problem. However, we only stayed in Brugge for one night and I would recommend something closer to the Market Square. This is because a one-way taxi ride is at least 12 euros...so round trip after tipping is going to be at least 25 euros. We didn't even ask about the bus stop...I didn't want to walk, didn't want to wait, and didn't want to come home early.

Also, the air conditioning either sucked or was non-existent. I had to open the window, which turned out to be fine. There was no thermostat in my room.

The terrible breakfast was 14 euros....wow.

I will say some more good things though. If you have a car and you are in Brugge for a few days, this is a cheap and clean hotel that would be fine.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at novotel outside Brugge over Easter. The rooms were spacious, clean and the staff were friendly enough. The buffet breakfast was good.
As we did not have a car we had to walk about 15 mins to bus stop and then ride about 10 minutes by bus (€1 each) so pretty cheap or get a taxi (€15 each way). Only problem with the bus was the last one left centre of town about 9pm which was a bit early.
In hind sight we should have hired bikes for the duration of our stay as that would have been more interesting and there is a clear bike path from the hotel all the way into town.
Next time we will stay in the centre.
The hotel catered very well for children.

This was a great little Hotel easy to get to and near the centre of Bruge, the rooms were clean and comfortable, great breakfast, staffb were friendly and helpful. One suggestion though, If you like tour morning cuppa than bring a kettle with you, as there are none In the rooms! apart from that this Is a great place to stay.
