“Excellent dinner on our honeymoon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2014

Resto Mojo was one of the best meals on our honeymoon. The food was excellent, the server was very nice and the prices were reasonable for Bruges. It isn't the fanciest, but I would highly recommend going. Located just at the end of Astrid Park it's an easy walk from just about anywhere in Bruges and well worth the visit.

“A hidden gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

This is so nicely tucked away you could easily walk past it. Its a short walk from the main tourist area, but worth the venture. The quality of the food was very good. Our friend had the langoustines in calvados to which her comment was "excellent", and they truly were, as were the scampi in spicy, garlic sauce and the goats cheese salad. For mains we tried the Flemish stew - when in Rome etc etc - and the cod dish and the limousin steak. All were really tasty and plentiful, so much so we could not manage a dessert! The manager and staff were very helpful and the service was spot on. Will certainly visit again.

“Awesome!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 5, 2014

We asked locals for their two or three top restaurants and got matching recommendations, so proceeded to try and get in that same night. Got there early and sat at tables near the front of the restaurant by the windows, very nice. The owner and staff were so attentive and always with a big smile. To start, they offered a complimentary tasting of smoked trout and fennel soup, that was out of this world. One of the best soups I have ever tasted. Proceed to order carpaccio of tuna with dried serrano ham, that was very good. Next we ordered Langoustines in Calvados butter and this were phenomenal too, really good buttery taste with garlic hints and the sweetness that the Calvados introduces is just awesome. Highly recommend this restaurant, the food is phenomenal and the staff was friendly and attentive. Wish I had more nights in Bruges to go back.

“Not too touristy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2014

Resto Mojo is outside the main tourist area but well worth the short walk and all the better for being a 'locals' restaurant. There was an interesting and varied menu, the quality of the food was very good and the portions extremely generous. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
