The owner, Lieve, is a very nice, hard-working single mother who is running the B&B to help support her two children who are now in college. She speaks Flemish, French, English and German.
She seemed to take her duties very seriously despite having to work another job during the day. I've slept in a couple B&B's before and, in my opinion, Lieve tries harder than your average host. She gave us a welcome drink when we arrived, took the time to brief us on the nearby attractions and even moved her car so that I could park mine right next to her B&B. She was always there to help.
We stayed in the "3-person room" (for more details, see the B&B's website) which had two beds, more than enough space and a large bathroom. Everything was spotless. The other two rooms are probably smaller, so I would check with Lieve before making a reservation.
From my point of view, the location was optimal. Some people like to stay right in the historic center of Bruges, but I prefer places where I can park my car without paying 20 or 30 euros per day. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the edge of the old town (Minnewater, Begijnhof) from this B&B and perhaps 25 minutes to get to the Market Square (Markt). You can also take a bus which stops right in front of the door, but it's not worth it.
The B&B is located on a quiet residential street, so no problems with sleeping at night. You can get free wireless Internet -- Lieve will give you the key if you ask. The breakfast was OK and Lieve even gave us paper bags so that we could take some food with us into town.
In my opinion, Aarsabroch is an excellent choice for the budget-minded traveler.
