I reserved for my party of 10 for a business dinner after reading some of the reviews and what a good decision that was! The food was fresh, full of flavour, refined yet respecting the natural flavour of the ingredients. The smell of garlic and fresh herbs transported us back to the Provence making us forget about the grey Belgian weather. Yes, the service was slow (the restaurant is new and the owner doubles up as waiter) but the food was well worth the wait and everybody, even the fussiest, enjoyed it. It was our first but definitely not our last visit to Sud.
