“Great cosy Brasserie”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2010

What really makes this Brasserie special are the staff, Vincent and Elisabeth. They run a delightful welcoming and relaxed 10 table restaurant in the center of Liege. The cooking is honest, uncomplicated, local specialities and very reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

“A "Do Not Miss" place.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 19, 2009

We passed through Liege about the end of our three week vacation and were looking for a place to eat "where the locals eat". Having been through most of the Netherlands this trip, we checked Trip Advisor and went to this small brasserie in the downtown area. We scored a parking slot about a block away and walked back.

From the outside, i was not impressed, but they were fairly full at an early hour, so we went in.

Vincent, the owner greated us in Dutch but quickly changed to English, and we asked for his favorites. They were fabulous and very reasonably priced.

A couple from Sweden came in and was seated next to us, and they were concerned about translating the menu, and I told them not to worry.

This is a definate place to find, a hidden gem in an ocean of brasseries. Don't pass it by. Tell Vincent the Milliond Dollar Guy from the US told yo to stop by, and ask him if he ever found change.
