Went to see the Gallo-Romeins museum especially for the SAGALASSOS exhibition. Great presentation of what archeologists have been finding and working at for years and years. Presented in an instructive and clarifying way, not just stones and bits of statues and glass established on shelves or in glass boxes. It was as if one would be walking at the site in Turkey itself. We do not have any small children anymore, but we noticed that the ones visiting the exhibition with their family were all very busy with their own manual and pencil and excited to discover all kind of details.
Also the permanent exhibition is established in a way that makes you think about our past and futur. And for children, there is a speed interactive archeology course, which made us feel sad that we had outgrown this age.
