As far as food quality is concerned, Le Coriandre is definitely one of the best restaurants I have eaten in in Brussels. We took the "discovery menu" with matching wines. The food was fantastic from start to finish, and our glasses of wine were filled up as they were empty. The interior isn't spectacular, but it has style and breaths tranquility which is all you need to just enjoy the food. Be aware though that dining at Le Coriandre come at a price! You'll easily spend over 50 euro's for 3 courses, and over 75 euro's including wine.
For the vegetarians: changing the meat dishes for fish or vegetable replacements was no problem.
One minor point: regardless the fact that the waiters could clearly tell we are not French speakers, their explanation of the dishes and ingredients was done solely in French, without any effort to further explain or clarify anything. With the excellent food quality and the associated price tag, it would have been nice to know which ingredients were in the dishes (how about a basic English menu including ingredients for example?).
