“Good location, nice hotel, bad Wifi”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2013

Went to this hotel for a business trip. The room and facilities were very good.
Friendly staff, and clean hotel. Only negative was the bad Wifi connection.

Whilst looking for an electrical socket next to the bed (couldn't find one), I found a sock from one of the previous visitors...

The hotel has a good location. It is about 25 minute walk to Schuman and the Botanical Garden is also very close. The room was very clean and tidy and breakfast good. The only downsides were that the shower head was a bit clogged and the water flow wasn't even and one side of the mattress was out of shape. Fortunately i had a double bed and could sleep on the other side.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel was clean and the room was big enough for two. It was a walkable distance to the main area and we thought the price was reasonable for the location and the overall impression of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful :)

Wonderful hotel with clean & tidy room & bathroom. The breakfast was open buffet with very good variety. The location is excellent about 15 min walk from railway station & the (hop on hop off) bus stop. Grand place is about 25 min walk from the hotel. Wifi signal is very good & the air conditioning is excellent. The only problem is that no electric kettle was in the room!

This hotel is located on a main street, about 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. Easy to find, great access with a mainline tram service stopping just outside the main door.

The people working here are very nice, friendly and highly professional.

The room is big for one person. Big double bed, lots of space, double wardrobe, lots of desk space. The bathroom is equally big enough for one person. Lots of towels, amenities, good shower. Only gripe is the bath is abit narrow so standing in it is not even as it is abit narrow. The room and bathroom was clean. WIFI worked well, no noise at all during the night also.

Breakfast was nice- lots on offer both hot and cold. no issues there. Only small gripe was there could be a few more tables- it could get quite busy and there I could imagine be a shortage of tables- I didn't experience this when I was there mind.

Overall a smart, clean and professional hotel- the pictures on their website are exactly what you get! big thumbs up

Big balcon, but very small room. Very small bed also. Nice bathroom. Nice minibar. Nice panorama. Good breakfast, lof of choices. Free wifi. City center is very near, metro is around the corner. Reception helpful. Ok price for its category.

My wife and I booked this hotel via weekendesk.be after receiving a special offer. We arrived the 20th and stayed till the 22 during the hottest and most busiest weekend of the year. The airco was on when we got our room to a pleasant temperature, a very nice touch. Our room 208 was facing the main street rue royal but due to the festivities no traffic was allowed which made our stay even better. Breakfast was very complete with eggs sausage, ham cheese etc. Rather good breakfast and good coffee.
Our room was larger then i excpected and very nicely decorated. Everything was just perfect.

Room Tip: we had room 208 and it was tip top
