This so called "cafe" is located on a Place Jourdan. It is one of about 20 restaurants on this square and one of the cheapest. It is called "cafe" but it is mostly a beer place. It serves about 30 kinds of beer at reasonable prices (between 3 and 8 euro per beer) and some dishes: spagetti (you can choose from about 8 sauces), omlettes (you can choose from about 8 kinds), salads (you can choose from about 8 kinds), sendwiches. No other food is offered. They serve Pepsi and Pepsi Max, but no CocaCola. It has a free WiFi. Sitting is indoor and outdoor. Prices of salads and pasta are low: about 8 or 9 euros per salad or pasta. In nearby restaurants these same dishes cost twice as much (around 16 Euros).
The bartender was quite unfriendly. She complained when we asked for some water for our dog. She compained when we asked for some tap water. We ordered scampi pasta (which was on the menu) but they did not have it. The 8 Euro chicken salad was good (better than the 16 Euro salad next door). The spagetti was good too. Tuna sauce was made out of canned tuna but it was good.
If you are short of money, there is a supermarket next door with salads. If you wish to sit down and hafe a quick chicken salad or spagetti and a drink, this is an okay place.
