A terrible combination: a good kitchen matched with atrocious service and unjustified high prices.
They simply couldn't cope with normal demand. A cool, rather superior welcome, a long wait before our order was taken, and then an even longer wait for the first course. Forty minutes passed before the main course arrived, and during that time I noticed that few of the other diners had received their meals either. An Italian couple next to us got bored and left. We didn't bother with dessert. We complained while settling up, but were sniffily told that the delay was because the restaurant was busy. Everything is seriously over-priced. Give it a miss.
