After our visit to the arts Museum on the Mont des artes, we couldn't really decide what to do cause the weather was changing between sunny warm and cloudy cold. So by chance we stepped into the BIP next to the tourist information here. There was no one else, which is a shame, cause there's a play corner for children and the expo offers all kind of information about Brussels, from different districts, over history and commuting to its importance as a European and International City. For those who think the Parlamentarium is a bit of too much EU-information, just get the bits and pieces there. I'd suggest, take one hour and take the information you want, even if you just want to listen to some belgian music.
