1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2012

I ended up staying at this hotel because a business colleague of mine had booked a standard room and we needed to confer during our stay in Brussels. My booking an identical room just some four hours later than my colleague meant that I paid 198 euros - 40 euros more than my colleague.
Almost 200 euros a night is exorbitant for a basic room and breakfast at this class of hotel. Empty bottles left outside the door by previous occupiers where not cleared for at least ten hours. The bathroom left much to be desired. The shower leaked a great deal of water onto the floor and this had been going on for a long time considering the obvious water damage on bathroom fixtures - including the door. My advice - stay well away. I know I will.

Short walk (10 minutes) to Grand Place, Mannekin Pis and other great destination in the city. Rooms are nicely done. Free wifi and work areas in the lobby. AC was broken in my room they moved me immediately. Staff speaks English and is very helpful. Roof top terrace is very nice for breakfast. Breakfast is traditional European with a wide variety of meats, cereals, eggs, bacon, fruit. I stayed in Room 508 it is large and had a queen bed.

Best gym of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Period. Great breakfast in wonderful location with great view. Loved that we could open the windows our hotel room! Very comfortable room. Very clean. Great location between 5-10 minute walk to Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, RIGHT OUTSIDE a Metro stop. Couldn't have been happier with our choice and the value for this hotel. Would stay here again.

Did not love the shower--water ran down the glass and out the crack between the tub and the shower wall.
Did not love that on our first night our electronic key didn't work (after 2 reprogrammings) because of an electrical problem with the card reader on our door.

I spent one night in the suite of this hotel. It has a good living room (the sofa was not very confortable). The bathroom was good. And the bedroom was big, but the bed was a separate one (two beds together). The hotel is very nice, the lobby is very nice. The breakfast is in the top floor and it has good views from the city in a terrace. But I think the relation quality-price is not too good.

I spent a night at the NH Atlanta in Brussels last month and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is really comfortable and is located very conveniently in central Brussels. Its a very easy walk to the Grand Square and all of the attractions of central Brussels..

The hotel has really nice comfortable and clean rooms. I slept great! the bathroom was modern and the shower and sinks were really nice. There is a health club with saunas at the hotel and other than that not too many services but I really enjoyed my stay there. I'd return and stay there in a heartbeat since it is a nice plance in a great location.

Room Tip: I would guess the rooms are all good. Mine faced an inner courtyard which meant it was quite quiet.

Staying for two nights in the group of enlarged family, we occupied four rooms. Generally it was good stay. The rooms are large and clean with big bathrooms and very comfortable beds.
The location is absolutely perfect. Eight minutes walking to the Grand Place, 50 meters to the downstairs of underground and only 15 minutes to the Central Station. The reception staff was ok, but not very good oriented in the Brussels attractions, when we asked. One of the rooms had the the problem with not properly working AC, which has been not repaired till end of our stay. In fact we got 20% discount from the rate. after complaining at the check out time. The breakfast was decent and served on the last floor with terrace, with good view over the roofs.

Hotel is quite central, the street behind the hotel is full of retail shops, we arrived by Eurostar and got the metro underground 4 stops from Midi station to De Brouckère cost just 2 euros, this brought us out right across from the hotel. 10 minute walk to Grand Place and a further 5 mins walk to Mannaken Pis, which is a lot smaller than I expected, the street around Grand Place and Manneken Pis are very busy and there are lots of bars and shops selling Belgian chocolates and warm waffles with lots of toppings.

Back to the hotel, Anna the receptionist was very friendly and on booking in we were given two card keys for our room on 4th Floor at the front of the hotel, we had a lot of trouble opening the doors with these cards and so did other guest, we tried to help 2 Spanish ladies enter their room, the reception reprogrammed our cards a couple of times during our weekend stay Friday to Sunday.

The room was lovely, large with a large bed and 2 french windows to the front of hotel onto the main street, room was clean with a stocked mini fridge which was included with our very good weekend deal, although not stocked on second day, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and hairdryer in bathroom, there was a bath with shower head and also a corner shower cubicle, bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep, towels changed daily.

Free WiFi in the reception area and there is also a restaurant joined to the hotel but can not comment as we did not eat there.

Breakfast was on 9th Floor and we ate on the outside roof terrace with a view of the city, plenty to choose from, hot scrabbled eggs, bacon and small sausage, breads for toasting, meats and cheeses, cereals, fruit, yogurts, pancakes and waffles, tea, coffee and fruit juices.

Most shops are shut on Sundays, however we found a couple of supermarkets open.

Enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: Room 402 was excellent right at the front of hotel.
