Stayed in a single room under the roof, for one night.

Good points:
- newly furnished in a modern, calm yet stylish decor
- good, comfortable single bed
- clean, functional and nice bathroom (shower only)
- hardwood/laminate flooring (cleaner, more hygienic)
- luggage storage available at no extra charge
- central location, near high-class shopping street
- airconditioning works just fine

Less good:
- room is somewhat smallish, okay for one or two nights though.
- shower cabin could not prevent 'flooding' the floor
- breakfast is costly, if it is not included in the rate

Summary:
- recommended for any short-stay traveller
- good value for the money

I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Brussels

Excellent modern hotel with nice room, good restaurant/bar (not too pricey), large choice at breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Bit noisy with the window open at night but its great location in one of the nicest parts of Brussels makes up for this. Also plenty of bars and places to eat very nearby.

Stayed Saturday and Sunday and paid about £50 per night, which is great value for a hotel like this. Ideal base to explore Brussels - recommend spending more time in the upper town than the lower as it's much nicer and less touristy.

Great Hotel and Location!!!!!!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. It was located near the metro it will take you atleast 5-10 mins. walk and also near at designer shops and grocery stores. The staffs are helpful and accommodating.We booked our hotel and train in eurostar but the breakfast was not included in the package but it turned okay because the grocery store is near the hotel. The room that we occupied are clean and spacious. It will take you atleast 30minutes walk going to the grand place grote market. It was worth walking from the hotel to the city centre. Highly Recommended and I will stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here on a business trip recently. The hotel is clean and comfortable, my room was decorated nicely. It's in a good location and a short taxi ride from Grand Place. Breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Only one small downside was the air conditioning. It was a very hot night and my air conditioning didn't seem to be effective, but I only stayed for one night so it wasn't a problem really as I'd had a really good nights sleep anyway.
