I am English, love great food, and have lived in Brussels for 2 years. I am qualified to write about this kinda thing. Dear Tripadvisor friends: please, I implore you, explore the vast and beautiful depths of culinary experience at a good price in Brussels to its full, sublime lyrics, and pass this adequate but mediocre place by!!! Keep walking 100 yards, and you find a far better trip of places. Or look at the other options listed here, and you will find *much* better.
Don't get me wrong, this place is OK. It's reasonably nice in fact, I had the 'Popeye Burger' and it was a nicely done piece of chicken with spinach, served with not-bad chips. This place is a good option for stopping by and getting a quick bite in quite nice surroundings (I like the comic book decor, it's really well done and a good taste of Belgium).
But goodness me, it's currently coming up as 'fifth best restaurant in Brussels' on Tripadvisor. That is the votes of visiting Americans and Japanese talking. Great folks, but don't judge a restaurant on what coach parties say.
Trust me, the city has sublime delights that surpass those of Paris and are equally reasonably priced. Here is the answer: walk back to Gare Centrale, take the metro two stops north to Saint Catherine, and explore the wealth of places (must be more than 30) in a 500 metre radius. You will keep coming back and back to this lovely city and its restaurants.
