This hotel is really well located, just 2min from the centre of Brussels and the Grand Place. It is smart and well maintained, perhaps more of a business hotel in its style than I'd usually use, but it is comfortable and the staff are friendly. Breakfasts are good and served over a long period, so no rush to get up after a Belgian beer or 2. Behind the hotel is a old tower from the city walls, from which the hotel gets its name. Past the tower is a lovely square filled with seafood restaurants, so you don't even have to go into town to early well. A good choice for exploring Brussels centre.
