I stayed one night at the Hotel Capital on a leisure break. It is quite new and does seem to cater for business travellers as stated on the Hotel information. The Hotel is a mile or so from the centre of Brussels and too far to walk back to at night. The rooms are quite modern in style but are beginning to look a little faded. I had a room at the back and the aspect was excellent, looking over a most attractive garden. The breakfast room has the same outlook, with huge glass windows and made a positive start to the day. The breakfast was continental and was adequate rather than comprehensive. Staff were helpful and pleasant. I needed a plug for my bath and received assistance at once to find one, although I had to go to another room to find one myself, because the receptionist could not leave the reception! I would have no hesitation about staying at the Hotel based on service and quality, but for me, it was a little off the beaten track.
