The best thing about this hotel is its location, i.e. it is placed in the heart of the city. However, it is too overpriced with respect to the quality of the rooms it offers which is similar to that of a two-star hotel (below average). Breakfast is okay. One thing that also annoyed me a lot is the lift that is slow to death! You could find far better hotels in the same or similar price in a not so long distance from the city center (e.g. 5-7 mins walking).

Is centrally situated (4 min walking from the Grand Place) and theroom was clean and comfortable, but with a small bathroom.

We could enjoya good breakfast, included in the price of the room, and the hotel hasn't parking but a public parking is available nearby.

This hotel was not expensive and the downside I found was that for us was so difficult to find it because there was no any sign that indicated it correctly.

Breakfast not included due to being a "special price". Cost of breakfast was ten Euros each. One elevator broken for three days. Both broken for three hours at same time. Coffee machine in lobby did not work because it was out of cups. The cups were in the storeroom. Could not use the in room safe because it was broken. Reported to desk clerk with no response. Shower leaked onto floor because the shower head was improperly installed. Could not use stopper for sink as the sink was improperly installed. Room was very, very noisey due to street noise. Suspect this is reason for "special price". Male desk clerk was missing from front desk on 30 May for ten minutes. He went to store up the street . Anyone could have taken keys.

Room Tip: Make sure the room is off the street side of hotel

I agree with the previous comments about this hotel, the only good thing about this hotel was it's location. Our room at the front was terribly noisy. The beds were clean, but the behind the cupboards was full of dust. The shower leaked all over the floor. The lobby coffee machine was broken for most of our stay.
The reception staff were helpful but not very friendly, and they wanted 10 euros each for the breakfast buffet so we did not participate in that, as there were great cafes right around the corner.

A cute little hotel at the heart of the city - unfortunately you can also hear the heartbeat of the city through the thin walls. Don't go there at the summertime when it's hot: you can't sleep because of heat and noise. Polite staff, good breakfast. Room was tolerable, especially for a quick stay in brussels: didn't have to spend much money for the hotel or energy/time to walk to the central attractions.

Walking distance to many sightseeings and central railway station. Room was very warm (in December) and quiet, though shabby and ugly. Large bathroom was okay. Horrible worn out curtains both in the room and in the bathroom.
