I visited Brussels with my mom.
We came there just because of mom's conference but decided to stay a bit longer,for 4 days.
Location:
It was excellent! If you want to eat somewhere in the evening,or just have a sandwich and cup of coffee - there are many different restaurants and cafes.
There are also many shops!Because this hotel is situated at the end of the BEST SHOPPING STREET IN BRUSSELS!So ladies,if you want to buy loads of items- this hotel is for you :D
There is also underground (metro),just in 10 minutes of walking you will get there.That's why it was easy to get anywhere.
Room:
it was fine.Actually,even better than a usual "fine". I expected something more ugly and smaller at a 4* Belgium hotel,you know. But when we came in it was a pretty large,sweet room.
Breakfast:
ATTENTION PLEASE! European breakfast!NOT AMERICAN! It means: no bacon,no omelet,no potato and etc. I even can say what we had:
1.Eggs
2.Toasts
3.Coffe\tea\juice
4.Cheese
5.Butter
6.Jam.
That's all.But it was enough for us because after breakfast we usually visited another cafes with normal food :D
I also recommend you to visit Brugge *O* it was a really small,nice and lovely town.
We were satisfied with hotel and trip.

The major attractions of this hotel are the size of the rooms (very large for a Brussels hotel) and location (5-10 minutes walk from Louiza metro, down Avenue Louise in a sidestreet to the right). There are cafes and restaurants in walking distance and the historic town is a a short metro ride away. It's an area with offices and expensive shops where there are quite a number of hotels.

My room faced the front and was comfortably furnished, with a large window, free Wifi and sufficient working space. There is little street noise. My only complaint was the water temperature in the shower, which kept changing slightly.

Breakfast is adequate, but could be better. The breakfast room and lobby are very small, probably even smaller than the guest rooms.

I'd describe it as a discreet, anonymous small hotel that offers all the necessary comforts. Not cheap, but by comparison this hotel offers good value in its price range.

Breakfast: good quality and plentiful

Room: Enormous - they all are. Very clean. Not dated, but not new. Incredible picture window across whole wall (room 53). High quality linen. Good heating. Aircon too. HD TV. Basic tea and coffee with kettle. Very quiet (high floor but on a side street anyway). No sound leaks from other rooms. Bathroom is clean, but getting tired now.Lowish water pressure on top floor but very hot water. Medium soft bed. Awful cheap foam pillows were a disappointment.

General: staff very smily and helpful. Perfect English, french, flemish and german. High speed wireless for free. No bar, no real lounge space. Located in Louise, a lovely part of the city. Not in the centre, but the trams are quick and cheap and Lousie is where people from the city come to eat and shop anyway. Minibar has only soft drinks and is an outragious €3 per 330ml can. The fridge is big enough for your own drinks though.

Overall: I come here for work and the hotel is walking distance from the MCE centre. Its great value in a city that has lots of very very poor cheap hotels. This place is cheap, but feels much more than that. Aside from the wish to have a bar/lounge on site I see no reason to stay anywhere else.

I invited my brother to see me in Brussels and I booked the studio Residence Agenda for 5 nights.
When we arrived, we found the studio dirty and it smelled very bad.
Dirty means that we found hairs and leftovers of the previous guests and an inacceptable level of cleanness..
We had to clean up everything.
Some days ago I wrote a complaint to the Hotel Agenda; as expected I did not receive any answer.
