We stayed her for 2 nights for a short Brussels visit. Good points:

Parking easy in a secure garage, 16 Euros per night not too bad for a City Centre hotel.

Room spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Layout was interesting, especially the sink and vanity unit being in the room and not the bathroom, but the room was very functional and the en suite facilities good.

In room coffee and tea making facilities were a real plus after a long drive.

Room at back of the hotel so very quiet since not on a road.

Proximity to tram 94 into town very convenient, albeit the line was closed during our stay (water leak) so we took the metro from nearby Pl Louise, and also walked into Grand Place via the Antiques area (about 25 minutes excluding stops).

Breakfast looked good although we didn't partake (could see the breakfast room from our room).

Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Bad points : None really, no complaints.

This was a repeat stay in the Four Points as they'd been decent last time. This time not.

Our room was never made up.

Claims in the inroom folder that breakfast lasted until 11:00 - when we arrived at 10:30, we were informed that breakfast was only available until 10:30 so I should go away. When I disputed this I was dragged to a sign showing the times. Either breakfast is at 10:30 and 11:00. When shown the pages from the folder, the member of staff explicitly stated "that's not fault." Of course, we couldn't have a cappucino as the machine had broken and couldn't be fixed "as breakfast is now over." I don't care whose fault it was - either brekkie is at 10:30 or 11:00 but it can't be both. And I want to know when breakfast finished BEFORE it finishes.

We, of course, ignored being told to go away and helped ourselves to breakfast anyhow. At least two other couples turned up and had EXACTLY the same experience.

I paid for my breakfast, I turned up in time and I'm damn well going to have it. And I refuse to have someone be rude to be when I've acted correctly on wrong information.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a friendly face who was polite and could not help enough. The room was near a lift but i couldnt hear anything (fantastic bonus!). The amenities of the room were fantastic - i loved the beds (really comfy) and the coffee that was on offer. I did not expect the treatment i was given and was extremely grateful for their kind attitude.

The location was good and there was lots of life around it. Close to several trams and the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful in knowing the routes/guides that were available.

Stayed here for 2 nights and can't fault the place & was welcomed with a very warm welcome. The room was very nice & quiet & the staff is very friendly and helpful with recommending places to visit. the location is prefect with the 'grand place' on walking distance and a very trendy not very touristic shopping and eating area on the other side.

We found a lovely small italian Delicatessens 5 mins walk from the hotel on Rue de L'Arbre-Benit which you could purchase very tasty food for great value.
