This hotel was recommended by a colleague who knew the area and I am forever grateful as I never would have found it otherwise. The hotel is small, gracious, charming, and is a short walk from the Avenue Louise (less than 10 min), Sablon (20 ish), and 30 min or so from the Grand Place with lots to see on the way. The rooms are unique, not cookie-cutter, with comfy beds, spacious bathrooms, and the buffet breakfast included in the room price is excellent. I speak French but when the desk staff noticed from my address that I was a native English speaker they also spoke excellent English. In more than 8 stays over 2 years I have never had a single billing or other issue. Do as they say and reserve a taxi in advance for the morning or the airport as they can be in short supply and otherwise you will have to wait. This hotel has a great spa/gym with hammam, sauna; very North African and authetic tiles, lanterns, etc and only once did I encounter another guest. The sister hotel the Manos Stephanie is a couple blocks closer to Place Stephanie and also very good, just without the gym/spa , extensive back garden and separate restaurant (still does a good breakfast) - but also seemingly more expensive just because of the closer proximity. The Manos Premier is a better deal all around if you don't mind an extra 5 minutes or not even on foot from the Place Stephanie up the Chaussee de Charleroi. I will never stay anywhere else in Brussels.
