I attended a conference here at this Hotel during the month of September.
My overall impression of the hotel is that it is in need of an overhaul, from the building to the staff.
The hotel fixtures and fittings are tired, worn carpets, black tape on show, attention to detail is lacking, especially in the washrooms where this is particularly noticeable.
The service from the conference team was excellent, thank you to Chris in particular. The quality of the buffets and refreshments were excellent, first class in fact.
Unfortunately, the staff at reception, unhelpful and quite rude, a simple request met with a really bad attitude.
This could be a stunning Hotel, an investment in the building and staff training would be a start....( or the reception take notes from the conference team who understand customer service.....

We regret that you experienced rude service from our Front Desk agents. We strive for the highest level of professionalism. While that individual does not reflect our philosophy or the way we train our staff, we are very concerned that you did not receive the exemplary service you deserve.
Please know that we will change the carpet in the four weeks.
We do hope to have the pleasure to welcoming you in the future to proove you the real value of our establishment.
