Quite small collection of works, most of the famous ones aren't there. There are lots of letters, photographs and info stands but you have to be fluent in French or Dutch (preferably both) to follow the full story. However I was most upset with the organization and service. While having a ticket it took me aprox 15-20 minutes to get in although there weren't many visitors that day. Elderly men at the entrance were extremely slow and unfriendly. One of them rudely asked me to leave in my relatively small bag in the cloakroom. As others have already mentioned the signage is confusing and lighting is dark. Couldn't take the audio guide or to buy anything from the souvenir shop as forgot my wallet in the bag and to get it back was a whole new story.
