“Luxurious Little Gem...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2010

We stayed for 2 nights to see the Carpet of Flowers and visit Brussels for the first time. Everything about Le Coup de Coeur is fantastic. The room, the bathroom (Tade Olive shampoo), highlight was the breakfast, fresh bread, croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee - service and welcome from Arnaud and his stepfather wonderful. We felt so lucky to come back here at the end of a long day sightseeing. The decor is amazing, luxurious sheets and bedding, pillows. We just loved everything about it...so glad we did the research and discovered a true hidden gem in the heart of Brussels. Thank you Arnaud, so lovely to meet you and be part of your success.

We (me, my wife & our 5 month old daughter) stayed here and had the best time - I couldn't recommend it highly enough - surely the best place to stay when in Brussels!
Huge room, lovely comfy bed, great restaurants just downstairs and right in the centre for all the tourist stuff make this place unbeatable. The breakfast is lovely too! Arnaud was really helpful and accomodating, especially with being able to leave our bags with him on the Sunday afternoon before we headed home. We stayed for 3 nights, which is probably a bit too long to be in Brussels, but were gutted to be coming home and leaving our lovely room (on the 1st floor).

We were greeted with a friendly welcome by the owner Arnaud and were shown to our room. We stayed in the Aligator room which was beautifully decorated with loads of space and nice touches like Bose speakers with ipod. The bathroom had a massive roll top bath, a great shower and a little terrace with table and chairs.
Everything was of very high standard with a delicious breakfast and a friendly and helpful owner making this a great value place to stay. The only problem was that the bedroom got quite hot at night so maybe a fan in the room would be of use to future guests. We would definitely return to Le Coup de Coeur when we are next in Brussels.

The rooms are all beautiful and comfortable. The owner Arnaud, could not have made it any more comfortable. We were so sad to leave. The location is beyond convienant and is central to almost all attractions within walking distance. The rooms are all clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and delicous. Thank you Arnaud for all your great suggestions!

Having been to Brussels before, and had had not the best of times, we opted to try again and wow, was this inn was great! The location was as central as possible. Arnoud, the owner, was as helpful as possible and the room was glorious. Arnoud just started this B&SB and has a few kinks to work out, but we still had an amazing time. He had great recs for good eats and shopping, and was just so nice and welcoming. This B&B will be number #1 within a few months. What a great place to stay and will definitely stay again! A+

Warm greeting on arrival and we loved the Coup du coeur from the moment we arrived. We stayed in the room on the first floor and it was just perfect, it was classy, romantic, fabulous interiors and furniture and I just loooved the bathtub ;).

The innkeper is really knowledgable and has great tips about Brussels and the breakfast was great too, especially the homemade stawberry jam from the innkeepers mother.

What else could anyone ask for in this little piece of Heaven?
Oh Yes we will return :)

Perfect placement in downtown Brussels, gorgeously decorated and very chic, intimate setting with complete privacy, delicious organic breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable owner, free and fast wi-fi and a flat screen tv...it doesn't get any better than this, not to mention the great value! I HIGHLY reccomend this B&B to any individual or couple traveling Brussels. The only complaint I had was the lack of parking - we had to park in a parking garage approximately 200m away that was 20E per day. Nevertheless, the owner, Arnaud, walked us to the end of the street to show us the entrance, and the B&B was so centrally located we didn't need to use our car for the duration of the visit.
