Located near my office in the southern part of Antwerp, I take lunch with a special guest or when a friend comes by. The setting is typical 19th century living room, open kitchen in the back, no fancy tralala-service, and no nonsense excellent and really fine food. Last time, there was no vegetarian plate on the menu, but in no time the chef prepared us a very good salad and then one of the best risotto's I ever had. 60 euro per person, including dessert and without wine is not cheap, but hey, I know very few places where food is so good.
