Great value for the money - so close to great locations! The staff is wonderful and the breakfast and bar is so massive and wonderful - had a great time and they are more than willing to help with directions or any questions you may have! Definitely will come back!

This is an older property without much to recommend it. The room we had was small with industrial-type carpeting that had been often patched. The ancient elevator was broken during the latter part of our stay. The included breakfast was OK. The staff was nice and helped with directions and recommendations. It is very close to the Gemeentemuseum, the Peace Palace / Intl Court of Justice is also not so far. However the downtown area with most attractions is a long walk of 30 minutes or more.

We had a problem with our reservation - we had tried to cancel but the info on expedia.com (where we made the res) and the Best Western system was different. The hotel agreed we only had to pay for one night, but never did figure out how to get that info into the BW system. We'll see if we get charged for both nights. Also it turns out that every BW is independent with the result that they cannot track down a reservation by number unless it is for their own hotel. They cannot access records for other hotel's reservations. So trying to work things out between two BW hotels took a lot of phone calls. Obviously this is a peculiarity of Best Western's system and not the fault of the hotel.

We stayed almost three weeks and our stay was great from beginning to end: great staff, excellent prices, quiet-large-simple-clean room with a patio. Excellent breakfast, perfect location, in a quiet and stately neighborhood with excellent public transportation to everything that is worth seeing. The hotel is across from a neighborhood park, and our dogs loved it (and still do as we elected to rent an apartment in this neighborhood for our long-term stay). Hotel Petit's owner is the driving force behind the dynamic and service-oriented staff. No impersonal frills, plenty of customized help. Hotel Petit is for personable stays complemented by Euro-American style services, which make for great hotel stays.

This is a cute and eclectic hotel located in the embassy district of Den Haage. We were able to get a last minute reservation and were very delighted with the beauty of the area. Our room was very large but had no ventilation. It looked like a college apartment full of worn and mismatched pieces of furniture. It was as clean as it could be so we were not unhappy. The people were very friendly and helpful. We used their bikes and rode to the beach which was a highlight of our trip. The breakfast area was charming and wonderful.
