This is a typical Hotel to visit when you have a “Night Out” in the City Centre of The Hague. Do not expect cozy or high end designer rooms. Your room is there to Sleep. Beds are OK and Bathroom looks like Boat Bathroom. This typical pre-fab design is common for many Accor Hotels, It is fit for purpose! Don’t look depressed if you look at your prison door look-a-like door, it works and keeps out all the noise from the hallway.
I did not visit the restaurant or had breakfast at the Hotel but knowing the Accor standards a little bit this shall be efficient and good. Like the free fast Wi-Fi!
Coming to the IBIS standard of the 15 minutes rule. All questions, complaints and defects must be completed within 15 minutes, if not, your room is without any charge for that night. This should be every hotels standard!
Staff, swift and friendly, never heard call myself more Sir in 2 minutes then is the last 10 years (as we are in The Netherlands only once is OK for me).
Parking is just 60 meters from Hotel. Vending machines with drinks, candy and snacks on every floor.
Conclusion; do not expect a first class hotel; this is a sleeping factory with first class service.

Room Tip: Ask for room starting from floor 5 or higher on back-side of Hotel

Central location. I found the hotel to be quite nice, staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was quite good although not spectacular. Good to have free wi-fi access, especially if you need to do work & also keep in touch with the family. I would not mind going back there.

Visited here on business in November 2012. The hotel is situated right in the middle (just up from the Grot Market - which has great bars, restaurants, cafes, etcetera). The hotel itself is clean, well managed and staff are friendly. However - as with other Ibis Hotels - after a long journey - it would be nice to make a coffee/ tea in your room - CANNOT BE DONE! There are no facilities/ mini bar/ or even a bottle of water to be had. The rooms are spacious and clean, but - again - as with other Ibis Hotels - the bathroom is a pod. The other downside is breakfast... at 15Euro - it really is not good value! There is a McDonalds around the corner - with more choice and at a fraction of the cost.

Room Tip: Back of the building gives great views over the City; whilst the front do not.

I was here for business and was very content. Staff is friendly and proffesional. The dealt with extra requests for seperate receipt without hassle. Also the communication with the hotel and my company before arriving was pleasant. Breakfast was served from 6 AM which was good as I had to travel all around in Holland and be up before dawn. Place is also very central close to public transport. Also plenty of nice restaurants near the hotel (on walking distance). The area feels safe as you can walk there at night alone without a hassle. Also easy to reach other places in The Hague. Very comfortable when you have to travel in the Netherlands all week. Room was decent. It was not super luxury but I dont expect that for the price that you pay which is decent. Free wifi. Room is clean and quiet and has basics. Room was clean. I stayed here for one week and had no complaints.

Ibis has proved that a year can be very long, and rewarding. Going back after one year there is tremendous change- the rooms are cleaner, there is now full and free wifi in all the rooms, and yes, the wifi now does not need renewal every hour!
The breakfast is good- but can be quite monotonous with the same menu daily. And the staff are very helpful. One very great thing about Ibis- they tell you what to expect, and when...and that is how it works. They will tell you when exactly your room will be ready ( and they try to make it faster), will tell you what you can get and not get...and it works exactly that way. Just what we all need for our peace of mind. The only challenge is that they are unable to identify you with their International ACCOR Hotels Chain if you forget to carry your card..as happened to me.Ibis is still a great resting place for business and those seeking to be close to the Train Station and Hague busy areas.
And yes, they can do with some basic travel needs- coffee maker, fridge, iron....and more conmfortable and not so thin towels!

Room Tip: Take top rooms facing the Central Station for a good view of the Hague
