Stayed here before and vowed not to return until after the renovations had been completed. Well they have and I returned. Rooms are very modern , very comfortable and very good. Restaurant for breakfast was good and staff on reception helpful and obliging. The only drawback is the bar. there is really nowhere to go/sit in the lobby . The bar has been reduced in size and is really not very comfortable or pleasing. A real shame as the hotel's location is not suited to touring the local area ! .......

I stayed in this hotel for four nights on a business trip. The business rooms on the 12th floor had amazing views of the city, excellent bathrooms and comfortable beds.

The breakfast was very good and the restaurant also offered a good dinner.

I would stay here again and look forward to it!

In town on business stayed on 11th floor, on arrival given choice of shower or bath picked shower which was nice and powerfull, room was well presented comfy and tidy. Used up complimentary coffees and milk quick call to reception and they were speedily replaced without issue.

Had dinner in the restaurant and had the veal steak with a herb sauce and gnocchi which was excellent and prefectly cooked. Others dining asked for slight changes to dishes and were all accomodated without fuss. Food was not cheap but you pay for quality

Bar facilities are small but adequate.

Staff were helpfull at all times

Would recommend asking for a room on the higher floors as fantastic views of the city / sea

An enjoyable comfy stay would recommend

I have stayed at this Hotel many times over the years and feel that it has improved in value since my first visit (when it was the Dorint). It is attached to the World Forum and so great if you are having meetings there. It is easly reached by tram from Den Haag Centraal Station (number 17 I think and you get off at the Museon stop) and at the other end of Johan de Wittlaan you can catch a tram the other way to the beach at Scheveningen. The staff are great and the service at reception is on par with some of the better hotels in Asia.

The rooms are comfortable and well appointed and I really appreciated the fact that there are both hard and soft pillows. The Wifi, however, is not free.

The hotel restaurant is run by a contractor (as it also serves the World Forum) and is reasonable value. The restaurant breakfasts are great, although they were not included in my room rate. I will be back again in June next year and know that I can rely on the Hotel for a perfect stay. Definitely recommended to business travellers.

Room Tip: Get as high up in the buidling as you can for great views of the Hague.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your extensive review of our Novotel. We are very proud of your comments about the new rooms and particularly about the service our staff provides.
Our WIFI connection was and is free of charge, maybe you have mistaken it with our cable internet connection which is not free.
We will be happy to welcome you back in June 2013!
Kind regards,

Krijn Taat

I stayed here for two nights on a recent business trip and my best impression is that all the staff that I came into contact with were helpful, curteous, polite and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious, great shower, plenty of towels, coffee and a small fridge. Bed is very comfy and there is a choice of pillows. My word of advice is that the restaurant is a touch expensive but the food is good. The hotel is close to a convenient tram stop which offers options tom the city centre or the coast (although it was bit cold). I thoroughly recommend it as the hotel is very good value for money.

Expensive not to big rooms average, former Dorinth hotel, expensive bar. Price to high for a Novotel hotel. location Okay but not near to anything. Room was clean but very basic, no movie channel but free wireless internet.
