I stayed here for two nights on a recent business trip and my best impression is that all the staff that I came into contact with were helpful, curteous, polite and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious, great shower, plenty of towels, coffee and a small fridge. Bed is very comfy and there is a choice of pillows. My word of advice is that the restaurant is a touch expensive but the food is good. The hotel is close to a convenient tram stop which offers options tom the city centre or the coast (although it was bit cold). I thoroughly recommend it as the hotel is very good value for money.

Expensive not to big rooms average, former Dorinth hotel, expensive bar. Price to high for a Novotel hotel. location Okay but not near to anything. Room was clean but very basic, no movie channel but free wireless internet.

I stayed here for a week on a business trip to Den Haag, and enjoyed my stay from beginning to end. The staff were courteous, friendly and good-humored, going out of their way to provide assistance and advice. The room was clean and serviced thoroughly. Lighting is bright but well-designed, not glaring, the bed was comfortable, with both soft and firm pillows provided. I liked the little daybed by the wide windows, and loved the little refrigerator with its glass door - a rarity in a reasonably priced room. Continental breakfast is provided at the bar - don't stray into the restaurant or they might let you eat an expensive hot breakfast before disclosing the price; really that was the only part of my experience that was less than lovely. The hotel is in a green, quiet neighborhood - at least it's quiet when there's no conference going on at the World Forum. It's between City Centre and the beach at Scheveningen, convenient to the trams, if not so close to shops & restaurants. Within easy walking distance of the Gemeentemuseum, Museon & Omniversum. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it.

Good location for business. Nice modern, clean, well lit and functional rooms. Bathroom did not have a tub but had a very large and nice shower. Rooms in the upper floors provide great views of the city. Staff was generally welcoming and helpful.
The minibar was empty which is inconvenient as you need to go downstairs to get drinks.
Great value for money overall.
