Stayed for 2 nights. 5 minutes walk from Centraal station where the 33 bus terminates, if you are coming from Rotterdam airport. As other reviewers have mentioned you could walk past the entrance, as there is not a big frontage to the hotel, just a set of white revolving doors that lead to a flight of stairs or elevator to the 1st floor reception. There is a tram stop outside the hotel called Weena, so just look for that and you should find it. Staff polite and friendly on reception and as with most people in Holland, spoke very good english. Rooms are quiet small, but they are clean and bed has a choice of firm or soft pillows also tea and coffee ,and most important to myself, the hotel was quiet, heard no noise from other rooms, the corridors or outside, and I had a room on the 3rd floor that overlooked the street, and it was a weekend stay. Good value for money for the 2 nights, and included is a basic breakfast, including coffee, tea, orange juice , cereals, toast and pastries and meats/cheeses.When I was looking for hotels, I found that equivalent hotels were more expensive and did not include the complimentary breakfast. It may not be overwhelming with its choices, but it was of good quality and sets you up for the day. Security is good, with only guests being able to access the elevators, as you need your door key card to operate. Central, and good value, will stay again when visiting Rotterdam.
