The hotel itself was fine but you were made to feel like second class citizens. The hotel is directly linked to the Golden Tulip with only one user guide for both. All you could read about was what you got if you were a Golden Tulip customer and what you didn't get if you were a Tulip customer ie No drinks fridge; no safe; no tea/coffee; no trouser press etc etc. I appreciate the room price was cheaper but I didn't like the idea of being constantly told what I wasn't getting.
Can you feedback this back suggesting they have a separate user guide for Tulip Customers. It has put me off using them again. I stopped here two years ago but didn't notice this as I was booked in as a Golden Tulip customer.
Hope this helps and doesn't just sound out as moaning.
